Well, it might be trivial, but there should have been a little paper cover for the exposed clear plastic area. I don't have LTD version of that one myself, sorry I can't be of more help.  -------------------- Courtesy of ILoveMico:

The only Ayaya single and single V I own is Egao, but I have her entire collection on my iPod

Maybe they pushed it back because it's going to be an OP or ED for some show like EGAO is and they didn't want it released until the show debut or was ready for it.
